Cotswold Pine

Whenever someone names a place we start to think of a list of things associated with the place. For example if someone says Edinburgh we think of tartan, shortbread and pretty castles. If I mention the Cotswolds for example we think of rolling hills and lush grass on a summer s day or fresh air on a winter s day. The latest range of pine furniture from Birlea plays on this a little hence the range evolved into this delightful traditional range.

The Cotswold Collection is made up of two ranges which are essentially two identical collections but one sporting a natural pine finish, the other a white lacquer to allow you bring either warmth or freshness to your bedroom.

Lush green grass symbolises the warmth of a summer day, and Pine is famed for bringing a warm feeling to your bedroom, which this range will do thanks to the warm lacquer that is liberally applied to all pieces in this range. There is a point I feel that warmth becomes a hindrance usually when its 33öb0 above outside and 43öb0 above inside. Hence the Cotswold range has clean well defined lines for a crisp contemporary look.

As cold weather and snow have rampaged across the UK over the past four or five days we are seeing lots of lovely pictures with rolling fields and hills all covered in snow.

To contrast the warm pine range all the pieces from the Cotswold Range are available with a crisp, clean white painted finish.

Both collections offer exactly the same pieces just in different finishes, allowing you to customize your bedroom exactly how you want. I would suggest a pine bedstead and white furniture, or vice versa as you prefer.
